Mission Statement

AWAKENING THE FAITH !
St. Agatha’s is rooted in the call of the Gospel of Truth and led by the Holy Spirit to prepare the world for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ Our Saviour. Our Mission is to win souls for Jesus through exercising our faith in prayer, love, forgiveness and sacrifice, and encouraging everyone to Trust in Jesus’ Divine Mercy.
We use our baptismal calling to evangelise, in order to bring Healing and Graces, to help build our community to live in harmony and Peace. We want to reflect the Love of Jesus and Our Lady in the mission, in order to increase our faith and knowledge of Almighty God. Our Mission is to bring a daily understanding that the Church is the Mystical Body of Jesus, and we, the baptised, are Members of His Body, called to live in the Spirit of Love, as brothers and sisters in Christ and Children of God, Our Father.
Our Mission is to encourage everyone to lead a life worthy of our Vocation. To bear with one another Charitably, in complete Selflessness, Gentleness and Patience. To do all we can to preserve the unity of the Holy Spirit, by the Peace that binds us together. Our Mission is to live as One Family, One Faith, One Body, One Spirit, called into One and the same Hope of Eternal Life. Each of us have been given our own share of Grace (Talent), given as Christ allotted it, to use in the spirit of Love (Ephesians 4: 1-24). Our Mission is to preach that God is Love (1 John 4:8).
Our Mission is to encourage everybody to use the God given Talents allotted to them, while passing through this earthly life, in a way that will benefit each other. To help lighten the burden of the Cross on our neighbour’s shoulder and not to add to it. We do this by living in the spirit of Love and Forgiveness. Our Mission is to love Our Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and to love our neighbour (Matt 22:37). This is the first and greatest Commandment of the Mission. Amen!
