RCIA …The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a journey that adults who wish to become Roman Catholics embark upon with the assistance of the whole parish community, but more specifically with the direct assistance and accompaniment of a small group of parishoners.
There is not set duration for this journey as each person comes with different needs, but it usually concludes on Holy Saturday night at the Easter Vigil ceremony with the baptism of the new Catholic.
